Eight years ago, I founded Lokal Kitchen, a private Miami space dedicated to one idea: that food, served right, becomes a memory.
Since then, I’ve hosted 150+ acclaimed chefs across Miami and New York, designed culinary experiences for J.P. Morgan, LVMH, SoftBank, F.P. Journe, and Keller Williams, and led gastronomic journeys through Mexico City, Oaxaca, the Basque Country, and La Rioja, studying how the world’s most refined regions treat food as ritual.
That’s the standard I bring to every event.
The Caviar Lady is the natural evolution of that work. It’s the service I always wished existed: caviar treated not as a product, but as an experience. Curated, not catered. Designed for clients who understand that real luxury isn’t loud, it’s precise.
